The information in The Oklahoma Supreme Court Network's case tracking databases is pulled directly from the working dockets of the courts.  Information entered in the dockets is real time, in that it appears on line as soon as it is entered by the clerk

The dates covered in each database are controlled by either the date the court began operating on OCIS or the date the court began operating on one of the systems which have been combined into the OCIS databases, including the AOC mainframe and other systems.

Here are the dates covered. Note that in many counties, only some dockets were computerized before OCIS began operation.

Adair County

All case types - January 2006
Some 2005 cases will be available by July 2006.
Cases older than 2005 with documents filed after 1/3/06 will be available; however only those documents filed after January 2006 will be docketed and viewable.
