The
Oklahoma Pecan Marketing Board established pursuant to the authorization of
Enrolled House Bill No. 2029 of the 2nd Session of the 43rd Oklahoma Legislature
shall be the public entity authorized to implement and enforce the federal Pecan
Promotion and Research Act of 1990 and to collect the special assessment so
authorized.
