If state funds are utilized, unless otherwise required by
federal law, the Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service shall provide the
Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives and the President Pro Tempore
of the Oklahoma Senate a copy of any report or other document that it provides
to the United States Department of Agriculture concerning the Oklahoma
AgrAbility Project.
