For
the purpose of cooperating with the development of agricultural, mineral and
industrial resources and the educational facilities of the state, there may be
established in all counties of the State of Oklahoma agricultural and industrial
expositions and fairs, in the manner provided pursuant to Sections 15-142
through 15-147 of this title.
