A. The provisions of this act shall be known and may be cited as the “Oklahoma Agriculture Enhancement and Diversification Act”.
B. Pursuant to the
Oklahoma Agriculture Enhancement and Diversification Act, there is hereby
created the “Oklahoma Agriculture Enhancement and Diversification Program”.
