Trial Division
Rule 7. Prosecutor and Assistants; Qualifications.
Upon the filing of a petition against a judicial officer the presiding judge of the Trial Division shall secure from the Executive Council of the Oklahoma Bar Association a panel of five (5) active members of the Oklahoma Bar Association from which the presiding judge shall designate the prosecutor and any necessary assistant or assistants, to conduct the proceeding against the respondent.
No member of said panel shall reside or maintain an office for the practice of law in the same judicial district in which the respondent resides.
