Section 3-50.8 - Acreage Certification

Every person growing cotton in this state shall annually certify to the board
of directors the person’s number of acres and provide the legal description and
the United States Department of Agriculture Farm Services Agency (FSA) numbers
for each field. The certification shall occur on or before July 20 of each year.
The cotton grower shall also furnish to the board of directors any other
information reasonably required to carry out the provisions of the Boll Weevil
Eradication Act.
