Every application shall be
accompanied by an annual registration fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00), which is
nonrefundable. All such fees shall be deposited in the Agriculture Regulation
Revolving Fund created in Section 24 of this act to be used for the purpose of
implementing the provisions of the Oklahoma Registered Poultry Feeding
Operations Act and the Oklahoma Poultry Waste Applicators Certification
Act.
