Any person who violates the provisions of
Section
6-303 of this title by failing to properly
display the proper number shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction
thereof subject to a fine not to exceed Ten Dollars ($10.00). Any person who
alters a vehicle identifying number in violation of Section
6-303 of this title, or rules issued pursuant to
Section
6-303
of this title, upon
conviction thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
