Meetings
There shall be at
least one meeting of the membership of the Association each year at which time
the House of Delegates shall be convened. The Assembly of the annual meeting
shall consist of the members of the Association who have registered at the
annual meeting. The time and place shall be designated by the Board of
Governors. There shall be such other meetings of the Association or the House of
Delegates as the Board of Governors may designate or as may be called in
accordance with the provisions of these Rules or Bylaws.
