Section 12-2 - Personnel Authorized to Carry a Loaded Firearm

It shall be lawful for an authorized agent of the State Board of Agriculture engaged in wildlife damage management, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12-1 of this title, to carry a clip-loaded or magazine-loaded rifle or shotgun in a vehicle, provided the rifle or shotgun is not chamber-loaded.
The names of agents authorized by the Board to carry a rifle and shotgun shall be furnished to the Department of Public Safety.
