Section 5-60.22 - Commodity Producers Board - Biennial Elections

A commodity producers board shall
conduct biennial elections for the purpose of electing members to the
board. The board shall give notice
and hold the election in accordance with the applicable provisions of the
Oklahoma Agricultural Commodity Referendum Act relating to the initial election
and, to the extent necessary, in accordance with the rules of the Commissioner
of the State Department of Agriculture.
