Section 16-54 - Disposition of Lands

The State Board of Agriculture
may sell, exchange, lease, or dispose of any lands under its jurisdiction by the
provisions of the Oklahoma Forestry Code when in its judgment it is advantageous
to the state. All sales, exchanges, leases, or dispositions of lands shall be at
least upon a thirty-day public notice, to be given by the Board, and shall be by
sealed competitive bids, and awarded to the highest bidder.
