Any
person who violates any provision of the Oklahoma Fuel Alcohol Act shall be
guilty of a felony, and shall upon conviction thereof be fined not more than
Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00), or imprisoned in the State
Penitentiary for not more than five (5) years or both.
