A suspended member who does not 
file an application for reinstatement within one year from the date he is 
suspended by the Supreme Court for nonpayment of dues shall cease automatically 
to be a member of the Association and the Board of Governors shall cause his 
name to be stricken from the membership rolls. Thereafter, if he desires to 
become a member of the Association, he will be required to make application for 
reinstatement, as provided in Rule 11 of the Rules Governing Disciplinary 
Proceedings.
