Trial Division
Rule 2. Appointment of Officers; Payment of Expenses.
The Court or the Presiding Judge thereof shall have the power to appoint such officers of the Court as shall be necessary or convenient to conduct the business of the Court, including but not limited to court reporters, bailiffs, marshals, minute clerks, administrative assistants and law clerks. The expense thereof to be paid from the funds of the Court.
