Aircraft Pilot and Passenger Protection Act
Section 120.11 - Application to Existing Structures and Permits
Cite as: 3 O.S. § 120.11 (OSCN 2012), Aircraft Pilot and Passenger Protection Act
The provisions of the Aircraft Pilot and Passenger
Protection Act shall not apply to structures that existed or have an approved building
permit from the local authority with jurisdiction over the property that the
structure is proposed to be constructed upon, prior to the effective date of
this act.
