A. 
The president of a fair board shall be the executive head of the association and 
perform all the duties usual to the office and enforce and carry out the orders 
and directions of the board.
B. The vice president shall act in the absence of the president.
C. The secretary shall be the clerk of the board and keep all the records and property of the association and shall keep an account of the money and property of the association and draw all warrants and orders on the treasurer.
D. The 
treasurer shall keep all monies and securities of the association and pay out 
the same upon the order and warrant of the board, attested by the president and 
secretary of the board.
