Section 5-89 - Liability of State and State Treasurer

The
State of Oklahoma, the State Department of Agriculture, and the State Treasurer
shall not be liable to any eligible lending institution in any manner for
payment of the principal or interest on the loan to an eligible agricultural
business. Any delay in payments or default on the part of an eligible
agricultural business does not in any manner affect the agricultural linked
deposit agreement between the eligible lending institution and the State
Treasurer.
