Section 6-205 - District Courts - Jurisdiction

The district courts are vested with jurisdiction
specifically to enforce and to prevent and restrain violations of this act, and
shall have jurisdiction in all other kinds of cases arising under this act,
except as provided in Section 7(e) of this act.
