Neither the Oklahoma Bar
Association, the Board of Governors, nor any member thereof, nor any Trial
Authority, nor investigator, or informant, or any of them, shall be liable to
any member of the Association, or to any other person charged or investigated by
the Association, or by its Board of Governors, or any of its committees or such
agents, employees and investigators, for any damages incident to such
investigation, or any complaint, charge, prosecution, proceeding or
trial.
