There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund
for the Oklahoma Beef Council to be designated the "Oklahoma Beef Council
Revolving Fund". The Fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year
limitations and shall consist of all monies received by the Oklahoma Beef
Council from assessments received and collected pursuant to the Oklahoma Beef
Improvement and Market Development Act, donations, grants, contributions and
gifts from any public or private source. The Council may expend funds as
provided for by law. Expenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants
issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the
Director of State Finance for approval and payment.
