There shall be appointed by the 
Supreme Court a Board of Bar Examiners to consist of nine (9) members, one each 
from each Supreme Court Judicial District in the state, and such assistants as 
the Court may deem appropriate. The present members shall serve until their term 
shall expire and their successors are selected. The Supreme Court shall appoint 
three (3) members each year for a term of three (3) calendar years beginning the 
first Monday in January. The Court will, upon request of a member of the Board, 
appoint four (4) members of the Association to assist the Board member in the 
performance of his duties.
