Article IV Duties of Officers
Section 1. President.
Section 1. PRESIDENT
The President shall preside at all meetings of the Association, except where he or she shall designate the Vice-President to preside. He or she shall perform such other duties as the House of Delegates or the Board of Governors may entrust to him or her. He or she shall appoint the members of all standing committees and such special committees as may be deemed advisable and fill all vacancies in any committee. He or she shall also serve as a member of the Board of Governors.
