The State Board of
Agriculture shall have authority to furnish market information and market news services
for agricultural commodities to producers, packers, shippers,
wholesalers, retailers, consumers, and other interested parties. In addition, the Board may
determine the type of information or services assembled and distributed for any
commodity. The information or services may be provided at the shipping,
wholesale, or retail level.
