Aircraft Pilot and Passenger Protection Act
Section 120.5 - Certain Structures and Alterations Presumed to be a Hazard
Cite as: 3 O.S. § 120.5 (OSCN 2012), Aircraft Pilot and Passenger Protection Act
Any structure or alteration to a structure is
presumed to be a hazard to air navigation if its total structure height is
greater than the horizontal, conical or approach surfaces, as defined in Section
2 of the Aircraft Pilot and Passenger Protection Act.
