Any person who violates any of the provisions of the Boll Weevil Eradication
Act or the rules promulgated thereto, or who shall alter, forge, counterfeit, or
use without authority any certificate, permit, or other document provided for in
the Boll Weevil Eradication Act or in rules promulgated thereto shall, upon
conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not
less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) nor more than One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00).
