Section 3-32.4 - Certificate for Nursery Stock Shipped Into Oklahoma

All
nursery stock shipped into Oklahoma shall have a certificate on each package
stating that the contents were inspected by an authorized inspecting officer and
that the contents appear free from plant pests. The State Board of Agriculture shall
have the authority to inspect all nursery stock. The
Board shall have the authority to order any nursery stock which may be infested
with any plant pests destroyed or returned to the consignor at the consignor’s
expense.
