The Executive Director shall
perform such duties and services as may be required by these Rules or the Bylaws
and as may be directed by the Board of Governors or the President of the
Association. He shall also keep a complete and accurate list of the members of
the Association; notify delinquent members and certify the names of delinquent
members to the Supreme Court as required by these Rules; certify to the Supreme
Court records and other matters as provided by these rules.
