Section 8-27 - Seizure - Jurisdiction - Injunction

Any agricultural seed or
vegetable seed sold, offered for sale, or exposed for sale in violation of any
of the provisions of this subarticle or rules promulgated thereto shall be
subject to seizure on petition of the State Board of Agriculture to a court in
the locality in which the seed is located. If the court finds the seed to be in
violation of this subarticle and orders the condemnation of the seed, the seed
shall be destroyed, reprocessed, relabeled, or disposed of in compliance with
the laws of this state and as directed by the court.
