Article IV Duties of Officers
Section 3. Vice-President.

Section 3. VICE-PRESIDENT

The Vice-President shall preside at the meetings of the Association and of the House of Delegates in the absence of or at the request of the President-Elect. He or she shall perform such other duties as the House of Delegates or the Board of Governors may entrust to him or her. He or she shall also serve as member of the Board of Governors. Upon the disability of the President, or upon an emergency during the absence of the President from the state, the Board of Governors, in its discretion, may direct the Vice-President to discharge the duties of the President until the disability or the emergency ceases.
