Section 16-9 - Residential Maintenance Payroll Deductions

The State Board of Agriculture
is authorized to make payroll deductions for maintenance from Forestry Division
employees living in residences located on land owned or leased by the Board.
Within the next month following payroll deductions, the Board shall deposit
these funds in the State Department of Agriculture Revolving Fund created by
Section 2-10 of
Title 2 of the Oklahoma Statutes. The expenditure of
these funds for maintenance shall be limited to repairs, upkeep, and other
expenses associated with the residences owned or leased by the
Board.
