Any bond or
corporate surety bond involved in any section of the Livestock Auction Market Act, shall
be issued by a corporation or insurance company, certified as being solvent by
the State Insurance Commissioner or certified by the United States Department
of Agriculture, pursuant to the Federal Packers and Stockyards Act.
