Section 9-47.1 - Penalty

Except as provided by law, any
person found to be in violation of any of the provisions of the Public Warehouse
and Commodity Indemnity Act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be
punished by a fine of not less than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for the first
offense and not less than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for each subsequent
offense.
