A.
The State Treasurer is authorized to administer the Oklahoma Agricultural Linked
Deposit Program. The State Treasurer is further authorized to issue guidelines
in a manner similar to Article I of the Administrative Procedures
Act.
B. The State
Treasurer shall submit an annual report outlining the status of the Oklahoma
Agricultural Linked Deposit Program to the Governor, the Lieutenant Governor,
the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of
Representatives.
