The State Board of
Agriculture shall refuse to register any product that does not comply with the Soil Amendment Act and rules promulgated thereto. The Board may
revoke any registration upon satisfactory evidence that the registrant or any of
its agents used fraudulent or deceptive practices. A registration shall not be
revoked by the Board until the registrant has been given an opportunity for a
hearing before the Board in compliance with the provisions of Article II of the
Administrative Procedures Act.
