Section 424 - Penalties for Violation

Any person or persons convicted of
violating the provisions of the Oklahoma Charity Games Act shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor punishable by incarceration for a period of not less than six (6)
months, but not to exceed one (1) year and by a fine of not less than One
Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).
