Section 120.4 - Construction of Certain Structures Presumed Incompatible with Normal Aircraft Operations

The construction of a structure for an incompatible
purpose within the primary surface or the runway protection zone is presumed to
be incompatible with normal airport operations including the landing and takeoff
of aircraft.
