The State Department of
Agriculture shall file a report with the Legislature and the Governor detailing
the administration of the Oklahoma Poultry Waste Transfer Act and its
effectiveness in bringing about the prevention of water pollution in this state.
The first report shall be filed no later than December 31, 1999. Subsequent
reports shall be filed every three (3) years thereafter.
