+Magnificat anima mea Dominum!
God has shown might with his arm, dispersed the arrogant of mind and heart,
God has thrown down the rulers from their thrones, but lifted up the lowly.
The hungry he has filled with good things; the rich he has sent away empty.
Mary, Queen of Justice, Pray for Us!

A Week of Novenas for Justice and Peace A journey of prayer -- June 20 - August 21, 1998
This site has been consecrated to
Our Lady of the Most Precious Blood of Jesus Christ.
We further pray for the intercessions of St. Peter Claver, St. Francis of Assisi, St. John of God, Venerable Pierre Toussaint, St. Moses the Moor, St. Rose of Lima, St. Rose Duchesne, St. Martin de Porres, St. Gaspar del Bufalo, Blessed Maria Mattias, St. Maximilian Kolbe, Blessed Frederic Ozanam, Blessed Katherine Drexel, Blessed Edith Stein, Venerable Matthew Talbot, St. Francis Xavier Cabrini, St. Vincent de Paul, St. Louise Marillac, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, Dorothy Day, Peter Maurin, Matthew Talbot, Mother Mary Elizabeth Lange, Archbishop Oscar Romero, Fr. Stanley Rother, and Mother Teresa of Calcutta,
whose lives of heroic virtue in service to the poor show us
how to work for an increase in justice for all.
If you think I'm invoking a lot of saints here, well, the work of justice and peace needs all the help it can get. I have great faith that those in our history who once lived and worked in solidarity with the poor remain active today. We do not see them with our eyes or otherwise perceive them with our human senses, but they remain in solidarity with us and intercede for us before the Throne of Grace.
St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle!
All you saints and angels, pray for the poor.
Glory be to the Blood of Jesus Christ, now and forevermore!
Given the dynamic nature of this endeavor, this site will be perpetually under construction as new links are discovered and added. Please email me about any links that don't work or that land someplace other than what was advertised.
I invite suggestions for links to include.

++ Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam ++
Judge of the Earth,
Give the proud what they deserve.
How long, Lord, shall the wicked glory?
How long will they mouth haughty speeches,
Go on boasting, all these eVildoers?
They crush your people, Lord,
They torment your very own.
They kill the widow and alien;
The fatherless they murder.
They say, "The Lord does not see;
The God of Jacob takes no notice."
Understand, you stUpid people!
You fools, when will you be wise?
Does the one who shaped the ear not hear?
The one who formed the eye not see?
Does the one who guides nations not rebuke?
The one who teaches man not have knowledge?
The Lord does know human plans,
They are only puffs of air.
Psalms 94:1-11
